Information security policy

CASSAVA stablishes formal guidelines that allow collaborators and service providers to follow the behavioral standards associated with information security appropriated to needs of our businesses and the legal protection of the company and the individual, preserving information regarding integrity, confidentiality and availability.

Food Safety Policy

CASSAVA is commited to the satisfaction of its clients’ need, providing them with safe and quality products, in accordance with the relevant legislation. The company will only make use of the facilities of production, storage and transport, which can ensure the quality of the products. CASSAVA will choose suppliers for their
ability to meet raw material requirements and provide safe ingredients.

Health and security policy

CASSAVA is commited to providing a safe and healthy work environment to its employees, suppliers and clients. The company will suply and request the use of appropriate safety gear and will insist that all work, regardless of urgency, must be carried out safely.

Food defense and Food fraud policy

CASSAVA employs pratices intended to protect all its products and processed materials of vandalism, sabotage, and tampering that might cause damage to its product offering or make it inedible. Also protects its supply chain of malicious attack of any kind, including those ideollogically motivated that might result in contamination or supply interruption.

Human resources policy

CASSAVA keeps proper and confidencial records of its employees. Offers egalitarian conditions of
employment, remuneration, access to training and promotion to all of its collaborators.

Provides a work environment which respects diversity. The company, thus, bane discrimination associated with race, color, faith, philosophy of life, gender, origin, age, sexual orientation, physical or mental ill-health of disability, pregnancy, marital status, union affiliation, political stance, among other reasons, and doesn’t allow slave labor or equivalente to slavery, as well as child labor.
